Leah & Daniel’s Elopement In The Mountains Of Colorado

Imagine having an elopement in the mountains of Colorado at sunrise when the world is still in its slumber. Sounds pretty wild, doesn’t it? Driving their RV all the way from the midwest, Leah & Daniel celebrated their elopement at Loveland Pass on a crisp Monday morning in October.

Colorado can be quite unpredictable for planning an elopement in the fall, especially at higher elevations.  To our surprise, we were gifted with a beautifully snow-filled landscape for them to celebrate! With mountain peaks and a couple of curious pika as their witnesses, they promised each other a life of love and adventure just as the warmth of the sun began to shine on them.

After a kiss to link their new life together, they celebrated with… a snowball fight! Fitting for a couple that’s incredibly genuine with their love; I melted a little.

After saying their vows in privacy with epic views as their backdrop, they joined the rest of their family and friends at Sapphire Point Overlook for a semi-formal ceremony. With plenty of laughs and memories created, the newlyweds wrapped up their wedding day at a high alpine lake near Breckenridge to take a moment to absorb the beginning of their lives together.

Check out the jaw dropping views that made this elopement in the mountains of Colorado so memorable. Congratulations Leah + Daniel!
