Elopement & Intimate Wedding Pricing & Packages

Planning your big day can be overwhelming with so many moving parts and unknowns. That’s why I’ve created a simple list of package options to compliment your needs and vision.

All of my packages include photography services, stunning locations and permit guidance – to vendor recommendations, and a hefty elopement planning guide to spark some inspiration and consider opportunities you might have overlooked!

We’ll join forces to plan the perfect day and ensure every detail is taken care of. Feel free to contact me for more information and to arrange a call!

How It Works

01. Contact

Get in touch so I can learn more about your story and where you’re at in your planning process! After we jump on a casual call to find out if we’re a good fit for your needs we can then work through paperwork and get on the books!

02. Plan

Once you secure your date, I’ll send over a questionnaire to get a clear vision of what you’re dreaming of. After we find the perfect location, I’ll work on the details and help you navigate any potential permits needed.

03. Elope

Celebrate your best adventure yet! On this day know that I have your back so that you can be present. This isn’t your average photoshoot – I’ll be there as your nature guide and “Swiss army knife” to help you fully enjoy your day.

04. Relive

Your best day with next day teasers – Because who doesn’t want to pinch themselves and see that it was real! Several weeks later you’ll be able to relive this chapter for years to come.

Testimonials

“There are not enough words or stars to give Ethan. I have received sooooo many compliments on our wedding pictures and Ethan deserves all the credit in the world. We eloped to Colorado from Wisconsin and the whole process was pretty seamless thanks to Ethan. The biggest worry was not being familiar with location and what was realistic and what wasn’t. After speaking to Ethan and laying out my vision, he sent me ideas and made it completely come to life. He took into account we weren’t looking for vigorous hiking and he scoped out all the locations ahead of time so that we knew what to expect completely. He is so organized and was always available to answer any questions I had leading up to the big day. He will let you know exactly when to expect your sneak peaks and entire photo collection. We received 3x the amount of sneak peaks we anticipated and they were STUNNING.

Ethan was the perfect match for us. I knew it the second we had our first meeting. His passion for the outdoors and photography shines through and his upbeat and positive personality kept my husband and I excited every step of the way. He was literally our hype man. We had a marathon of a day and I truly believe we couldn’t have done it without Ethan and Victoria. My only complaint is I have too many favorites to choose from for the ones I want framed in my house. Ethan is the best. Absolutely no hesitation. He goes above and beyond for you! Book him!” – Erin & John

“Look No Further! Everything you could possibly want in an elopement photographer and more is right here with Ethan. I can without a doubt say that booking Ethan was the best choice we made for our special day.. he made everything so easy. His organization and attention to detail helped relieve the stress we had, and it made planning the wedding fun. What really helped us was his carefully thought out Elopement Guide that has pages and pages of what to expect, what to do leading up to the wedding, day of activity suggestions, venue suggestions, vendor suggestions.. it’s like a mini wedding Bible.

If you know me, you’d know that I’m a big planner, and having someone like Ethan on your team helps. He scheduled follow up calls after our meetings, would send out follow up emails, was always attentive and would reach out to our other vendors (specifically videographer) to help coordinate on who is doing what. It made the day run seamlessly. Ethan also knows the SPOTS, let me tell you. The amount of compliments we have received on our wedding photos is all thanks to Ethan’s skills and for his knowledge of the area. We absolutely adore Ethan and not only was he our photographer but he became a friend. Please please please don’t miss out on having the perfect photographer, book him NOW!” – Leslie & Omar

Do I Need A Permit For My Elopement Or Intimate Wedding?

Depending on the details of your elopement, a permit may be needed. Most of the time National Parks and State Parks require a permit. All permit costs are additional to the above packages. I also have a list of locations off the beaten path, for those wanting something more adventurous.

What’s the largest group size you work with?

20 guests + the bridge & groom is the maximum group size I’ll work with. If you want to elope in the mountains, the number of guests can dramatically effect the environmental impact. It’s important to respect the land as some locations have been damaged or even banned due to illegal weddings or lack of permit. let’s do our part together!

How can we include family in Our Celebration?

Whether you want family to hike with you to a ceremony location or if you want to meet with them later as a post ceremony celebration, there’s plenty of ways to include family. One idea is to break things up so that you can experience something more adventurous one day and on the next you can celebrate with family and loved ones!

How long does it take to receive our photos?

Within 8 weeks of your elopement date. A digital gallery will be sent for you to view, share, print, download and relive your day!

How many photos will we receive?

This is dependent on the number of hours that we work together and if you’re considering any activities (i.e. hike, jeep tour, hot air ballon etc.). Generally I average a minimum of 40 photos per hour.

What do you shoot with?

Sony mirrorless. In my camera bag you can find

  • Sony a7iii
  • Sony a7riii
  • 16-35mm f2.8 G
  • 24-70mm f2.8 G
  • 70-200 f4 OS
  • 50mm 1.8 FE

Do you edit your photos yourself?

Absolutely. It’s my opportunity to bring the emotions out of your story through color, light, composition and so much more. I may wear a lot of hats, but I love wearing the creative hat the most.

How would you describe your photography style?

A vibrant mood that’s true to life. I try to keep my editing style consistent with the time of day, year and season and general colors that were present during your elopement.

Is eloping eco friendly?

The average wedding creates an average of 400lb+ of waste. By choosing to elope you’re helping the planet; top it off with epic views and that’s one heck of a way to get married!

How far in advance should we book you?

I recommend booking at-least 6 months in advance. I’ve photographed elopements within a month, but if you’d like to ensure you’re covered with any potential permits or reservations, the sooner the better. Colorado is a popular place to elope, give yourself the time!

Giving Back To Nature

Whether you’re new nature or have more miles on your boots than your car’s odometer, there’s always room to learn, grow and give back. Being a Leave No Trace Photographer is one of the many ways I give back to nature.

If we work together, you can beautiful moments of your day captured while helping maintain the natural beauty of whatever landscape we explore on your wedding day.

Not only does following the Leave No Trace principles helps preserve outdoor spaces and our access to them, but also by making sure that we use them sustainability and responsibly – so that you can return to the same area to have a vow renewal or anniversary and still experience it as pristine as the day that you got married.
